Our Mission
The City of Russellville is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its residents through effective public services and community engagement. The purpose of Streets Alive Russellville is to create a plan that will identify high-risk corridors, intersections, and travel patterns; prioritize safety improvements; and guide future investments in infrastructure, policy, education, and implementation. This plan will improve the safety of our transportation network (cars, bikes, pedestrians - however you get about!) by significantly reducing or eliminating roadway fatalities and serious injuries through implementation of projects. Our goal is to foster a safer environment for all citizens through transparency, collaboration, and proactive planning.
At the City of Russellville, we believe in the importance of community involvement and the role it plays in enhancing public safety. By facilitating open communication and actively involving residents in safety discussions, we aim to create a thriving and secure community for everyone.
